Why don't you create your own template? It's pretty simple, really.
Just build a page as you like it, and then convert it into a template (with one click). I'm working on a sample, to build a simple sample site. But so far in german language. Usable now (not complete yet) as a plain downloadable sample (zip) - *herunterladbare Quellen* (pending)
