I am currently developing this website- It is very much still in dev currently, view from a desktop browser running chrome and it should render fine. 

OpenElement is a surprisingly capable tool when used right.

Yes, 

It is still a work in progress. -Actually, I am still working out some bugs, and fixing some mobile compatibility issues right now. 

But OE can do some pretty great things as far as visuals go.

Well, if a link does not work, visitors are upset - and they NEVER come back again. You scared them litterally away. Better then to have the wohle site not working at all, or to attach a note.

One may build the site OFFLINE.
The result is placed at C:\Users\username\Documents\openElement
can not placed somewhere else.
Project ... Export to Folder.
