Hi,
I would like to know how to change font and font size of a text input field.

I tried changing font properties in different ways but no effect when previewed the page on Chrome:
- Select text input field
- Styles/Customize/Text/Font/Size/Size/Value=Very Large
=> No change in font size, regardless of what I set in Value
- Styles/Customize/Text/Font/Family=Times New Roman
=> No change in font type
- Element Style Zone tab (top left corner)
=> No change in font and size

When I changed the size, the height of the input field simply got taller. That's all.

My openElement is at the latest version 1.57 R9.

Thanks.

It works!. Is this path generally a correct way to change properties?. Doing it via Styles panel on the right does not seem to lead to happiness...

On the top left hand corner just below 'Project' tab, there are numbers on the icons (1, 2,3 on your screenshot). Do they indicate something applicable/further selections available for the selected element?.

Thanks a lot for your help and time, very much appreciated.

Some elements ahve been designed with several style zone.  For example Pop-Up menu offers ten different style zones.

So let' start with 2 and 3

- 2 - Gives you access to the different style zone where you can apply different styles.

- 3 - Makes you able to assign new style when Mouse Over or Mouse Click.  This was added to help those who can't write CSS code

Finally

- 1 - allow to assign predefined settings to an element.  But you must have saved your own settings before.  It goes faster when you want to assign the same settings to other elements.

These are shortcuts to Style Customize Zones and Style Customize State available on the right side of the screen.
