so, the default color is BLUE on POP UP MENU text. How do I change that it to GOLD or BLACK?

I found the answer: ELEMENT STYLE FRAME in area above where you are designing ---

PROJECT -- PAGE --- SELECTION: POP UP MENU --- ELEMENT STYLE FRAME.

UNDER element style frame > option called>LINK STYLES

YIPPPPEEEE.
