Hi, I am unable to install open element. If anyone knows what to do,please let me know.

Which version did you install? 157-R9 works just fine.
And btw MAC or Linux do not work, just windows.

You may try:
Remove any existing version from system COMPLETELY.
Requires also manually access.
You might also think about to clean the browser cache.

Re install this version https://www.openelement.com/Download.htm.

I am unable to install 1.57-R9. The error says- The specified installation path already exists. Please select a different path.

check that your version of windows is up to date (which version for that matter?).
If an installation is in progress, it sometimes blocks the installation of Openelement.
