Element enable / disable:
I noticed a change in the behavior of those selections. It was perfect.
The current version -sorry- is for the birds.
So just change it back to what it was before, please.

Situation -bad- 1.57.4 (Screen Shot):
A column with various selection buttons (1).
And there is a space, because that element is disabled (2).
The element exists, and it destroys the visible layout now.
It is indicated to be disabled by a strike through line (3).
Both of these indications are grayed out, that means not really ledgible. (We had that theme before about the background).
Hard to handle especially multiple disabled elements; not even easy to find which one it is.

Previous version -ok- 1.56.4:
It was working perfectly in the previous version.
The disabled element was always visible, but grayed (ok), which keeps the layout in shape and allows easy access to the element.

Sorry, if there would be a way back to the previous version, I would prefer that previous version.
But we are in Beta, aren't we? Anyway, there was no need to change that behaviour.

Relax:

Hi again.

I think yo uare confounding 2 different properties - Visible and Display (corresponding to CSS properties "visibility" and "display", respectively), which seem to be similar but there are important differences in certain situations.

Visible controls the visibility - the element is present and "occupies" space, just completely transparent (it is visible in the preview). The Display "No" removes the element completely - its tag is still in the page structure but it occupies zero space and there are other specifics. The Display is added already in 1.56R4, though it was VERY buggy when used with Media Queries (diferent screen size ranges - smartphones etc.) and certain scenarios were even impossible to handle, it was nearly unsuseable. And it already hid the element - unlike the Visible property.

If you had a change in what's shown in the editor, could you please send me the automatic backup of the project created by OE on passing to 1.57R4?
